The lanka however is a clan tech weapon, and it's pretty high up on the research tree, requiring 3 other things to be researched first, then to actually build the weapon you need 5 fieldron, 20 gallium and 1 forma, yet it comes with zero polarities and is pretty much garbage if you don't put a catalyst on it or forma it at least a couple of times.
